Designed curriculum for doctoral students and facilitated educational activities.
Fostered student understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion through course content, and guided them in adopting DEI principles and values.

Operated the business development, led the US marketing and sales team (group of 6), made $4,000,000 in revenue in the first eight months, and maintained stable sales afterward
Communicated with clients, such as governments (including US, UK, and Libya governments), US hospitals, and private entities and distributed the Cellex (FDA-proven) COVID-19 antibody and antigen test to clients.
Led project teams and coordinated with service providers regarding project initiation, planning, execution, prioritization, and monitoring the process.
Followed up on FDA approval procedures and conducted regular check-ins with the science and research team.
Updated operational methods, tracked information, and compiled data to improve efficiency.

Therapist/Organizer (Volunteer). 2020 Wuhan COVID-19 Outbreak Crisis Intervention Online Group.
Recruited the first North American online clinical multidisciplinary team to support clinical professionals in Hubei, China.
Served a shared caseload of 300+ Wuhan Professional Clinicians with Northern American psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, and registered nurses.
Provided services include crisis intervention, counseling, and peer-support services through E-groups on the WeChat platform.

Healthcare Manager (Full-time). Aetna Better Health & Asian Community Care Management. New York, NY, USA.
Managed 85 individuals and 170 shared cases, provided psychoeducation on various health educations including immunizations, physical and mental disorders, and social resources to Asian, White American, and Hispanic patients and patrons.
Conducted psychosocial assessment, created customized care plans, and worked with a multidisciplinary team to assess and meet individual needs.
Facilitated physical-behavioral healthcare and social services including managing durable medical equipment, adult day care, personal care aide, patient-centered medical home, etc.
Addressed issues including social inequity and family abuse, and conducted follow-ups with members to ensure they received adequate assistance during crises.

Treated 20 patients with severe mental health disorders including Schizophrenia, PTSD, Bipolar I, and Major Depressive Disorder in one-on-one sessions by applying CBT, DBT, MI, and Psychodynamic skills.
