Planned new member interviews and conducted group interviews with over 250 students, recruited 100 new student members across four different departments.
Produced more than 20 events, including cultural events, forums, recruitment drives, and galas.
Served as the Executive Director for the Columbia University 2017 Chinese New Year Gala, attracting an audience of over 500, including students, staff, faculty, and media partners.
Managed a total of 200 active student members and volunteers to assist with various events and ensure their execution by giving regular team meetings, maintaining group chats, and facilitating discussions.
Coordinated with the university to submit event proposals, and confirm event space, equipment, and details.
 
2015
Event Planner of Government Charity for Calligraphy and Art Exchange, Hubei Education International. Suva, Fiji.
Organized and managed calligraphy and art exchange events, fostering cultural understanding and collaboration among participants from diverse backgrounds.
Acted as the primary point of contact among government officials, local artists, and international participants, ensuring effective communication and coordination for event planning and execution.
Transported exhibition tools and artwork to Fiji and arranged their display.
Conducted a papercutting seminar for 20 Fijian students to promote cultural exchange.
Facilitated the Hubei government donation to a Fijian high school.

Worked for Tzu Ching Michigan State University Chapter, planned and coordinated weekly charity events including McDonald House cooking for newly-discharged patients from hospitals, cloth donations for the homeless group in East Lansing/Lansing area, art and social events for the elderly groups in various nursing homes.
Arranged weekly meetings for the board members to discuss goals, causes, event materials, preparations, and coordination.
